Begin by selecting a unit type or contacting us to discuss your requirements. We will confirm suitability, available specifications, intended use, and provide guidance on planning considerations where required.
Once the unit is selected, layouts, finishes, insulation levels, and optional upgrades are agreed. At this stage, technical details are finalised to ensure the unit meets your intended use and site conditions.
A 10% refundable booking deposit secures the unit while final details are confirmed. Upon mutual agreement and contract signing, a 30% non-refundable deposit is paid, and production is scheduled.
The unit is manufactured off-site in a controlled environment, ensuring consistent quality, reduced waste, and minimal disruption. Progress updates are provided during the build stage.
Once the unit is fully built, a 30% stage payment is due prior to dispatch. Final checks are completed to ensure the unit meets agreed specifications.
